Delete Your Account
TactiBall - Idle Manager Game
You can delete your TactiBall account and all associated data directly from within the app. Follow the steps below.
How to delete your account
- Open the TactiBall app and log in to your account.
- Tap your profile icon in the top corner of the screen to open the Profile Menu.
- Tap Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Deletion cooldown
For security, account deletion has a 24-hour cooldown. When you confirm deletion in the app, a timer starts. After 24 hours, open the app and confirm again to permanently delete your account. The deletion must be completed within 7 days of the first confirmation, after which you would need to start the process again.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your email address and authentication credentials
- Your manager profile and club data
- Your players, team, and match history
- All in-game progress, coins, and purchases
- Any messages you have sent
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have an active Pro membership, cancelling it is handled separately through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
