Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of TactiBall - Idle Manager Game (the "App"), operated by the TactiBall team ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with others or use another user's account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User-Generated Content and Acceptable Use

The App allows you to choose names for your manager and club. You agree not to use names that:

• Infringe or misappropriate the trademark, trade name, or intellectual property rights of any third party (including real-world football clubs, organisations, or individuals).
• Are offensive, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, or sexually explicit.
• Impersonate any real person or organisation in a misleading way.

We reserve the right to change or remove any name that violates these guidelines without prior notice.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Exploit bugs, cheats, or unauthorised third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempt to access, modify, or disrupt any server, database, or backend system.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.

5. In-App Purchases

• The App offers optional in-app purchases of virtual currency ("Gems") processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• All purchases are final. Refund requests are subject to the refund policies of Apple or Google, as applicable.
• Virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, traded, or redeemed for cash.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue virtual items or features at any time. You acquire a limited, non-transferable licence to use virtual items — not ownership.
• We are not responsible for unauthorised purchases made from your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including graphics, sounds, game logic, and text — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any App content without our prior written permission.

7. Game Service Availability

• We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the App at any time.
• We may suspend access to the App for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the App or any specific feature.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of game progress or virtual items. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Denmark, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

11. Changes to These Terms of Use

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
